CALL TO ORDER at 6:33 P.M. by Christine Weber, President.

Present:  Bill Wismont, Vice-President; Kate Pratt, Trustee; Joan McCloskey, Treasurer; Mary Press, Secretary; Hope Siasoco, Director;

NEW BUSINESS

• Discussion of Land Options—Closed Meeting--- Kate made a motion to go into closed session to discuss land options on what to do next.   Bill seconded the motion.  Motion passed.  Into closed session at 6:34P.M.   Discussions done on what the next moves for land. 
• INTO CLOSED SESSION.

• Out of close session at 7:15 P.M.  Kate made a motion to give Bill permission to proceed with the decision that was discussed in closed session.  Joan second the motion.  Discussion done.  All approved.  Motion passed.

CALL TO THE PUBLIC---no response

ADJOURNMENT  Joan made a motion to adjourn the meeting at  7:19 P.M. and  Bill seconded the motion.  Christine  adjourned the meeting.
