Board of Trustees Meeting

Thursday, May 22, 2008

Present:  Joan McCloskey, Treasurer; Kate Pratt, Trustee; Christine Weber, Trustee; Mary Press, Secretary; and Hope Siasoco, Library Director.

Absent:  Bill Wismont, President.

Meeting called to order by Joan McCloskey in the absence of the President Bill Wismont at 7:19 P.M. for the purpose of passing a resolution to present the following on the August Primary Election ballot.  (See attached resolution submitting Millage proposal and Notice of Election with exhibit.)

NEW BUSINESS

• Library Operational Millage Renewal—Christine made the motion to accept the operational millage renewal as presented and Kate seconded the motion.  Discussion done.  Roll call done: Mary Press, Yes; Kate Pratt, Yes;  Christine Weber, Yes; Joan McCloskey, Yes; Motion Passed.

CALL TO THE PUBLIC---No response.

ADJOURNMENT---- Kate Pratt made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:22 P.M. and Christine seconded the motion.  Joan closed the meeting.
